FAQ's/Contact Us

Q: Will my bow be on a clip or nylon?

A: We ask that the customer specify in the comments section at checkout which is preferred. If not stated at checkout, bows will be sent on clips. Piggies sets can ONLY come on clips.

Q: When will my bows ship?

A: Our standard shipping time is 3-5 business days, this does not include weekends or holidays. IF YOUR ORDER INCLUDES A SHIRT, SCRUNCHIE, OR PACI CLIP, shipping time will be 7-10 business days.

Q: What is your return/refund policy?

A: We hand tie all of our bows to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns, however, if there is an issue with an order, please message us at carolinaokiebowco@yahoo.com.

Q: Why does my bow look different than the one in the picture?

A: Each of our bows are hand cut and tied, the pattern and cut of each bow will differ slightly.

We recommend removing bows and paci clips while children are sleeping, in the car, or unattended for safety reasons.
